Social Media & Marketing Manager - KUWAIT

Our client is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead their online and offline marketing presence, drive engagement, and elevate brand visibility across multiple touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that combine social media, digital, and offline channels (events, activations, print, PR, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end content creation - from campaign ideation to production of visuals, videos, and copy
• Oversee and grow all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across audiences
• Plan and coordinate offline marketing activities, including events, sponsorships, and collaborations
• Build and nurture strong online communities, engaging directly with followers and brand advocates
• Collaborate with influencers, partners, media, and internal teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Monitor trends, analytics, and KPIs to evaluate success and continuously optimize performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media and marketing management, ideally across both online and offline channels
• Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and scheduling/analytics platforms
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics and using insights to drive growth
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with independence and attention to detail
