Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop, schedule, and manage content across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and implement social media campaigns that align with our brand and marketing goals
  • Design basic social media graphics (using tools like Canva or similar)
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and engagement metrics to optimize performance
  • Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with followers and influencers
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing, engaging content

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO best practices
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, meta descriptions, and internal linking
  • Manage and monitor SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Develop backlink strategies and coordinate guest posting or outreach efforts
  • Track, report, and improve search rankings, site traffic, and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and SEO campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and platform algorithms
  • Proficiency in basic social media design tools like Canva
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Must be available to join immediately.
