Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create and administer content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and organic content using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to create a cohesive social media presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools to manage and optimize posts, as well as to schedule future content.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for social media content.
  • Ensure brand consistency through collaboration with other departments to promote company events, announcements, and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
