Job Description
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and performance-driven social media & PPC Manager to manage our brand presence and paid advertising across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in organic social media management, paid social ads, Google Ads/PPC, content strategy, influencer marketing, and analytics.
This role focuses on brand growth, lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Build result-oriented monthly/quarterly social media strategies.
- Develop platform-specific growth plans for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Threads.
- Create and manage detailed content calendars.
2. Content Development & Execution
- Plan and coordinate creation of reels, posts, videos, carousels, and stories.
- Write captions, scripts, and creative briefings.
- Collaborate with design, video, and content teams.
- Schedule content via Meta Suite / Hootsuite / Buffer.
3. Social media Paid Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage lead generation, traffic, brand awareness, and conversion campaigns.
- Create custom + lookalike audiences, retargeting funnels, and ad experiments.
- Set up tracking, pixel, conversion API, and events.
- Optimize CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS and ensure cost efficiency.
- Generate weekly/monthly ad performance dashboards.
4. PPC / Google Ads Management (PCC Added)
Manage complete PPC campaigns including:
Google Ads
- Search ads (lead gen, conversion-focused)
- App promotion ads (if applicable)
- Keyword research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner
- Landing page analysis & A/B testing
- Conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, UTM parameters
- Reduce CPL & improve Quality Score
Bing Ads (Optional)
- Setup & optimize Bing search campaigns
- Import ads from Google Ads & optimize for separate audiences
PPC Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance
- Budget allocation & bid strategy optimization
- Reporting on CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, Impression Share
5. Community Engagement & Influencer Management
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across social platforms.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators.
- Track influencer deliverables, engagements, and ROI.
6. Analytics, Insights & Reporting
- Track KPIs: Reach, Engagement, CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversions.
- Analyze data from Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, GA4.
- Run competitor benchmarking reports.
- Present weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
7. Brand Building & Campaign Execution
- Manage festival campaigns, promotional events, and product launches.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Utilize UGC to enhance trust and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or similar.
- 2–7 years of experience in Social Media Management + PPC/Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
- Experience with Canva or basic design editing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to read campaign data.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and creativity.
