Responsibilities:
- Developing and designing various Creatives & Reels for social media platforms, like graphics, videos and other forms of content
- Making a content calendar for the entire month
- Replying to comments and DMs on all platforms
- Ideating, strategizing and executing marketing strategies and campaign ideas
- Creating attractive social media posts to catch the audience's attention
- Develop fresh concepts based on company goals and current social media trends
- Facebook, Instagram & YouTube Ads promotion
- Manage day-to-day post announcements and social campaigns
- Create professional content for LinkedIn
- Enhance & Upload YouTube content
- Collaborations with brands, colleges, etc. to increase cross-brand promotion
- Know-how of SEO and its effective usage.
- Strategizing content for emailers.
- Influencer Marketing and co-ordination for the respective influencer’s
- Research and shortlist potential collaborators, influencers, and brand partners aligned with the company’s values and target audience.
- Initiate communication, negotiate collaboration terms, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute collaboration campaigns effectively.
- Track and measure the impact of collaborations on brand growth and engagement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Passionate about brand storytelling and marketing.

Experience:
- Social Media Executive: 3 years (Preferred)
