Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for someone with 2+ years experience in U.A.E to manage and grow our Instagram through strong content planning and creative direction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan monthly Instagram content calendars
• Script video ideas for Reels and short-form content
• Assist in photoshoots & video shoots (styling + direction)
• Work with the photography/videography team
• Maintain a clean, premium Instagram feed
• Follow trends & apply them to our content
• Post and schedule daily content
• Manage basic interactions (DMs, replies when needed)
• Track performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and premium positioning
• Experience with home décor, interiors, and lifestyle products
• Minimum 2 years managing social media for a brand
• Strong knowledge of Instagram trends & Reels
• Ability to plan and script creative content ideas
• Experience helping on set during shoots
• Understanding of marketing premium products
• Organized, creative, proactive
