Job Description

As a Social Media Moderator at Zhivago, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and managing social media platforms to ensure all interactions align with our community guidelines and brand values.
• Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identifying and reporting inappropriate or harmful content.
• Engaging with followers and fostering a positive online community.
• Supporting the marketing team with content-related insights and community engagement.
• Staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• High professionalism and a polished online presence.
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Work Conditions

• Full-time — from office
• Location: Palm Hills, 6th of October
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• One remote working day per week
• Friday off
• Saturday rotational - Remote
