Job Purpose:

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing engaging, bilingual (English & Arabic) social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate qualified leads for the company’s real estate portfolio. The role will serve as the link between the in-house marketing team and external agencies, ensuring consistent messaging, creative excellence, and alignment with the company’s business goals across all digital platforms.


Job Accountabilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with corporate marketing and sales objectives.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars across platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and manage bilingual (English & Arabic) content that reflects the brand voice and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly performance reports with data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices—particularly within the real estate and lifestyle sectors.

Collaboration with Agencies & Internal Teams

  • Act as the primary liaison between the marketing department and external social media/creative agencies.
  • Develop clear creative briefs, review deliverables, and ensure all content meets brand, quality, and language standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Graphic Design, PR, Retail Marketing, Sales, and Brand Management to ensure cohesive campaigns and storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate content support for key project launches, events, and community activations.

Community Management

  • Engage with online followers, respond to inquiries, and build strong, authentic relationships with audiences.
  • Monitor online conversations, track brand sentiment, and manage feedback or escalation when required.
  • Ensure bilingual communication (EN/AR) is consistent, professional, and culturally appropriate.

Content & Campaign Management

  • Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns in coordination with the media agency.
  • Contribute to creative concept development for visuals, videos, reels, and campaign content that drive awareness and conversions.
  • Identify opportunities for user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and community-based initiatives that enhance brand advocacy.

Track paid campaign results and ensure alignment with overall marketing KPIs.


Educational Qualification, Work Experience, and Skills Required:

Educational Qualification & Certifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent.


Work Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, ideally within real estate, property development, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience working with or managing social media agencies and external creative partners.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.


Skills required:

  • Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and adapt content for bilingual audiences with cultural accuracy.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry (developer, brokerage, or agency side).
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
  • Basic understanding of social media advertising, influencer marketing, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
  • Culturally aware and sensitive to diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about storytelling, creativity, and emerging digital trends.
