Social Media Specialist

• Implement social media strategy ensuring corporate and brand requirements are adhered to at all times.
• Develop content, monitor, and update the Company's Social Media Channels.
• Coordinate online activity to meet objectives of group events, initiatives, and brand strategies. Ensure platforms are up to date in all languages.
• Maintain social media marketing calendar for campaigns and promotions.
• Support Brand/Marketing/PR and Customer Relations activities online.
• Perform online marketing activities as directed by Digital Marketing leads.
• Generate analytics reports analyzing social media statistics; implement necessary actions.
• Support corporate event coverage on social channels.
• Maintain community guidelines reference log.
• Assist in developing and safeguarding the brand identity.
• Contribute to social media advertising and promotional efforts to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of social media management experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.), in-house or agency.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic required.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.
