We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence, build an engaged community, and maximize the potential of our social platforms to drive sales. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, responding to leads, fostering relationships, and converting social media interactions into tangible business outcomes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content that align with company goals.
  • Design content strategies focused on moving leads through the sales funnel, from awareness to booking.
  • Use storytelling techniques to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Create opportunities for user-generated content and customer advocacy.
  • Create, schedule and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos) across platforms.
  • Leverage trends to create relatable and shareable content that resonates with potential customers.
  • Respond promptly to leads generated through social media platforms.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel by providing timely and relevant information.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to ensure innovation.
  • Liaise with the Performance Marketing Manager to analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and tracking.
  • Organize and participate in online events, such as live streams, Q&A sessions, and contests.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visuals across all social channels.
  • Act as the face of the company on social platforms, building trust and loyalty with followers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand.
  • Proven experience in the Travel, Tourism and hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
  • Sales-oriented with the ability to nurture and convert leads.
  • Experience with CRM and social media management tools is a plus.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
