DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry trends.


Content Creation and Management:

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms such as Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
  • Use a content calendar to plan and organize posts.


Community Engagement:

  • Build and maintain an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Encourage user-generated content and interact with followers
  • Monitor social media channels for potential issues or negative comments.
  • Develop and implement crisis management strategies to handle and mitigate negative situations.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use social media analytics tools to monitor the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Generate reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversion rates.


Social Media Trends and Best Practices:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Adapt strategies accordingly to leverage new opportunities.


Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and partners to promote the brand and products/services.
  • Negotiate partnerships and track influencer campaign performance.


Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations on social media platforms.
  • Stay informed about any changes in advertising policies.


Market Research

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry trends.
