Social Media Specialist (Multi-Brand)

Calvin Brands is looking for an entry-level Social Media Coordinator to manage and create content for 5+ independent businesses in our holding company, including trucking/load hauling, steel manufacturing, aviation hangar systems, and architectural/municipal work. This is a hands-on role focused on building brand presence and awareness, with lead generation as a long-term goal. You’ll report directly to senior leadership and work through an approval process with upper management and the owner before anything is published.

What you’ll do

• Create social content end-to-end: photos, short videos, simple graphics, and post copy
• Manage posting calendars across multiple brands, keeping each voice distinct
• Travel to project sites at least monthly (often more), primarily in the Southeast, with some overnight trips, to capture real jobsite and finished-project content
• Organize a shared media library for ongoing use
• Monitor comments/messages and support a professional online presence
• Track basic performance and share monthly takeaways with leadership

• LinkedIn and Facebook are the priority channels right now

What we’re looking for

• 0–3 years social media/content experience (industry background is a plus, not required)
• Comfortable working independently and staying flexible as schedules shift
• Strong eye for clean, professional content
• Basic video and graphic editing confidence (phone content is fine)
• Reliable, organized, and able to juggle multiple brands at once
• Willing to travel to active project sites

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
