Social Services Director

Overview
The Oaks at Timberline is seeking a dedicated Director of Social Services plays a pivotal role in leading and managing social service programs .This position requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for clients through effective program development, relationship management, and administrative oversight. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work and behavioral health, along with proven experience in management and program administration.

Duties

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of social service programs.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to enhance service delivery and support systems.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service provision.
• Develop and manage budgets for social service programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to clients.
• Advocate for the needs and rights of individuals with developmental disabilities within the community.

Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing experience is required
• Proven management experience in a social services setting, including program development and administration.
• Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage with clients, families, staff, and community partners.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of budgeting processes within social service programs is preferred.
• PCC experience is preferred
