Job Responsibilities


  • Support Soft Supervisor and ensure BICSc standards are understood and delivered on all contracts, with documented training and action plans in place.
  • Takes the supervisor's handover and passes it on to the ground team and the small units.
  • Support the Supervisor to follow up on the need for operatives and housekeepers' training for work method statements, work instructions, and quality systems on the ground.
  • Ensures refresher training plans and on-the-job site training plans, and calendar and reports the outcomes and needs to the supervisor.
  • Provide nominations for excellent performance by rewarding and recognizing high performers and those who demonstrate company values on the ground.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor and monitor the delivery of cleaning services with the small units on the ground.
  • Work with the Supervisor on forecasting of supplier budgets and costing to enhance budgetary efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor and ensure standardized documents are in place and is used uniformly
  • Support the Supervisor to close out and action SSPCR inspections non-conformances on the ground.
  • Support a hands-on training approach with ground staff and workers.
  • Carry out daily inspections and log evidence, and ensure enough tools and equipment are available on the ground.
  • Ensures Refresher schedules are delivered and evident enough, capturing on the training attendance log.
  • 1x recommendation for monthly awards for the operative’s commendation
  • Supports the Supervisor on completion of cleaning requirements for the site and completes scheduled cleaning with operatives on the ground.
  • Supports the Supervisor in providing technical evaluations and capturing ground service efficiency of third-party contractors, and proper handling and use of cleaning materials and consumables on the ground.
  • Supports enhancement of profitability by suggesting new strategies for enhancing innovations and less consumption ideas.


Job Requirements


Qualification and Experience


  • Secondary level or diploma. Additional FM or equivalent experience qualification in Facilities Management is beneficial.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a property/ facilities management company.
