Software Developer (Microsoft 365 / Power Platform, 7+ Years of Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Developer experienced in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and full-stack development. This role will build applications, automation scripts, dashboards, and custom integrations for enterprise-wide IRS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Build PowerApps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
• Create PowerShell scripts for automation across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange.
• Design SharePoint customizations, SPFx components, and Dataverse integrations.
• Troubleshoot IRWorks tickets (P1–P4) for M365 tools and Power Platform.
• Support POCs, pilot testing, and iterative solution improvements.
• Maintain documentation, FAQs, and technical reference materials.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SPFx, JavaScript frameworks, Azure AD authentication.
• Experience writing PowerShell for M365 administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• PL-400, PL-600, or Azure developer certifications.
• Experience with Dataverse, API integrations, and enterprise data modeling.

Pay: $119,884.05 - $144,376.48 per year
