As a premier professional services firm, building our business becomes synonymous with investing in our team - investment which starts long before onboarding.
We invest thousands of hours into recruiting to ensure we only hire the "good lab partners" which maximizes collaboration and minimizes stress across the team. On a typical first day, our new staff are personally welcomed by the founders of the company and kicked off for training led by our own industry veterans. After initial training, employee development plans keep everyone accountable to chasing continuous improvement. In an average week, our team is participating in company sponsored fitness programs, enjoying catered lunch and learns, and much more. While we can't list every one of our numerous benefits here, it's thanks to the diverse perspectives of our new and seasoned professionals alongside the open ears of our management that we have continued to be one of OC's best places to work – winning awards consistently since 2018.
