Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
2+ years of full-stack development experience (Laravel + React).
Hands-on experience with Bagisto.
Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira, ClickUp, etc.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in a software services or product-based company is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop full-stack web applications using Laravel, React.js, and Bagisto.
Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate third-party services.
Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
Lead and mentor developers across multiple projects.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Enforce best engineering practices, clean code standards, and maintain documentation.
