Lead the strategy and execution of the Delivery experience roadmap, ensuring high-quality, high-impact solutions.

Promote quality in the development cycle and deployment processes for continuous value delivery.

Manage and optimize post-production monitoring and support strategies to ensure platform stability.

Work in collaboration with Product, UX, and Data teams to drive the development of optimal technical solutions.

To guide and support the professional development of the team, fostering technical alignment and removing impediments.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing software development teams under agile methodologies.
• Experience in development, handling any of the following technologies: Java, React, Android or iOS.
• Solid knowledge of distributed architectures, systems integration, general solution design, databases, and scalability.
