Position: Software Support Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
*MUST BE ONSITE 3X A WEEK*

Overview:
The Software Support Team Manager leads a team of 5–10 engineers to deliver exceptional software support for NCR Atleos products across multiple regions or product lines. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Manage team performance, set objectives, conduct appraisals, and create career development plans.

Oversee daily operations, resource planning, and escalations; ensure SLA compliance.

Drive adoption of new technologies, lead controlled deployments, and prepare team for new product support.

Collaborate with senior management on special projects, budget planning, and recruitment.

Analyze trends, implement corrective actions, and improve processes and tools for efficiency.

Represent Software Support at senior management level and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications

Education: BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (10+ years software experience) OR Technical/Associate degree (15+ years software experience).

Experience: 7–10 years in software support/development or technical consulting; 3–5 years within NCR Atleos support structure.

Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and ability to manage complex technical issues.
Additional Requirements

Flexible working hours, 24/7 on-call availability, and willingness to travel.

Strong business acumen and ability to interpret data and metrics.
