Solar Sales Executive – Burewala Division

Job Description

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to lead and expand our sales operations in the Burewala Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth for our solar products in the region.
Experience in the solar energy sector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for the Burewala Division.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote company products.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through field visits and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and Head Office to ensure smooth sales operations and customer support.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Mandatory experience in the Solar Energy Sector.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Basic understanding of solar products, systems, and solutions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
