Job Description of Solution Architect-Banking Domain

We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in the banking domain to join our team in Dubai. This is a critical leadership role for someone with a strategic vision in enterprise architecture and a strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI and Big Data.

Key Responsibilities of Solution Architect-Banking Domain

Design and implement architecture frameworks for digital banking platforms and core banking systems.
Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with development, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated system solutions.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks suited for digital banking initiatives.
Provide architectural oversight on major system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Ensure alignment between business goals and IT architecture across product lifecycles.
Stay updated on banking regulations, fintech trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualification Required for Solution Architect-Banking Domain

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in the banking or financial services domain.
Strong knowledge of banking systems (core banking, digital banking, CRM, payments, etc.).
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in system integration, API design, security standards, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
TOGAF or similar architecture certification is a plus.
