We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect with enterprise architecture experience to lead pre-sales engagements, solution design, and delivery execution. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs with technical capabilities, drive demand generation through compelling solution proposals, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions across industries.
- Lead end-to-end architecture design across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Industries specific clouds like Life Science, Manufacturing, Non Profits etc)
- Define integration strategies with ERP, data platforms, and Omni channel systems
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in all solution designs
- Oversee technical build, guiding developers and admins in best practices
- Establish governance frameworks, coding standards, and DevOps pipelines
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy
- Partner with sales teams to shape opportunities, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and deliver client presentations
- Develop solution roadmaps, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Salesforce capabilities
- Influence demand generation by articulating business value and ROI of Salesforce investments
- Act as trusted advisor to C-level executives, translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals
- Mentor junior architects and consultants to build organizational capability
- 14+ years of CRM/Enterprise Architecture with at least 10 years in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Industries specific clouds like Life Science, Manufacturing, Non Profits etc)
- Strong pre-sales acumen: RFP responses, solution demos, and client workshops
- Integration mastery: APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica), and data migration strategies
- Expertise in Application and Data migration strategies
- Leadership skills: guiding delivery teams, enforcing governance, and mentoring talent
- Industry exposure: healthcare, telecom, financial services, or field service preferred
- Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, System Architect strongly desired
