Key Responsibilities
As a Solution Consultant II within our UKG Pro Suite implementation team, you will do the following:
  • Support end-to-end HCM implementation projects for US and Canada clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Configure, test, and validate HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, GL, Retirement Benefits.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with US and Canadian labor laws, taxation, and benefits regulations.
  • Prepare and execute test scripts; support UAT and resolve defects.
  • Provide go-live support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Engage with our Project teams in various geographies in order to understand their business needs regarding the various modules of UKG Pro product
  • Participate in client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Stay informed on latest HCM technology updates and compliance changes in US/Canada.

Qualifications & Experience
  • B.Com, B.SC, BCS, BCA, MCA and B. Tech graduates preferred or equivalent in to other academic qualifications.
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HCM system implementation (Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar platforms).
  • Strong functional knowledge of US/Canada HR, Payroll, GL and Benefits.
  • Demonstrated experience in HCM configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Solid problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication and client interaction abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
