**Solution Expertise**

A Field Sales Manager is sought with a minimum of 8 years ofexperience in IT solution sales consulting, specifically inAnalytics and Enterprise Performance Management. This rolerequires a thorough understanding of analytics andperformance management solutions, as it involves consultativesales.

**Market Segment Experience**

The candidate should possess experience in selling to small andmedium enterprises (SMEs) and mid-market segments, typically with revenues ranging from US$50 million toUS$150 million. A sales approach emphasizing LAND (high volume, lower-value transactions) and EXPAND (upselling andcross-selling) is necessary, with a focus on acquiring newclients.

**Remote Selling and Closure**

Demonstrated success in remote selling within the Indianmarket is a requirement. The position will entail both remoteand onsite selling in other regions, including Singapore. Experience in sales within Southeast and North Asia ispreferred.

**Entrepreneurial "Hunter-Sales" Mindset**

The ideal candidate should exhibit an entrepreneurial mindsetand be capable of operating in a "hunter-based" salesenvironment. While there will be support from marketing andBusiness Development Representative (BDR) functions forprospecting, self-prospecting is also expected, with an aim togenerate at least 50% of new business.

**Language Proficiency - Speaking and Writing Clearly**

Proficiency in the English language is essential, with the abilityto clearly communicate both verbally and in writing. This skillis crucial for remote and onsite sales activities that involveself-prospecting through sales productivity tools andteleconferencing. **Regimental Sales Discipline**

The candidate should demonstrate a positive and curiousmindset, along with the ability to provide tailored solutions tomeet client needs. Internally, the candidate is expected tofollow disciplined sales practices, which include building a solidsales pipeline, lead qualification, contract negotiation, andclosure.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
