Position Overview:

The Solution Sales Specialist will engage with clients to sell software and design services. The role requires excellent English communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to understand client needs to propose customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their software and design requirements.
• Present tailored solutions and proposals aligned with client business goals.
• Conduct solution-based sales to close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Proven experience in software, IT, or design solution sales.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client business challenges and propose solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
• Willing to work night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).
