Key Responsibilities

• Serve wines at the correct temperature using appropriate glassware and service techniques.
• Monitor wine inventory, conduct stock rotations, and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and documentation for all wine and beverage stock.
• Train and educate the service team on wine knowledge, pairing, and proper service standards.
• Engage with guests confidently, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Support upselling initiatives through guest engagement and exceptional service presentation.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards within the restaurant.
• Collaborate with chefs, mixologists, and management to create beverage pairings for events and promotions.
