Sourcing Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Streamline end-to-end sourcing operations across multiple locations while coordinating with supply chain, finance, customer success, and regional business teams.
• Collaborate with the catalog team for product listing, cataloging, pricing strategy, and overall product discovery.
• Implement best practices in procurement and supplier management to minimize vendor risk and enhance performance.
• Drive technology adoption by onboarding vendors onto Moglix tech platforms and ensuring usage for orders, inventory, and account statements.
• Identify and onboard new vendors to strengthen the supply base and enhance service delivery.
• Execute sourcing strategies to ensure consistent, high-quality value delivery across categories.
• Manage supplier/vendor relationships across multiple product categories.
• Partner with the category team on strategic initiatives to drive category growth.
• Ensure standardization of products, processes, and pricing.
• Ensure 100% compliance with taxation, receivables, payables, and conduct periodic vendor reconciliations.
• Track pan-India sourcing KPIs, conduct RCA, and drive corrective actions.

Qualification & Experience

Work Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement within the Manufacturing industry – Essential
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing tactics – Essential

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent Sales / Business Development skills – Essential
• Startup experience – Preferred
• High ownership mindset and ability to build processes from scratch – Essential

Education

• B.Tech from a reputed institute – Essential
• MBA (Tier 2/3) – Desirable
