We are looking for a “Sourcing & Procurement Specialist” for our global business partner in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements

Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including supplier footprint planning, to achieve cost savings, supply continuity, and alignment with global strategy.

Source new items for RFQs and projects, obtain updated prices, and conduct RFI/RFQ processes to support business needs.

Support purchase operations (MRP, create POs, enter OCs,

follow-up tasks).

Enter and maintain supply chain parameters in ERP.

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure supplier products and services meet technical specifications and requirements.

Review, negotiate, and manage framework agreements, statements of work, scope changes, and supplier contracts.

Identify and proactively manage contractual, commercial, and supply risks, providing solutions and mitigation actions.

Monitor supplier performance (KPIs such as OTD and PPM), coordinate supplier business reviews, and maintain supplier account plans.

Drive continuous cost-out initiatives and process improvements across the value chain, both technically and commercially.

Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

Good command of English and Turkish.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain engineering within a technical environment.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations.

Knowledge of technical drawings and specifications.
-
Familiarity in ERP systems (BC, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Analytical mindset with cost optimization abilities.

Experience with global sourcing and supplier risk management.

Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or
-
others).

Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and supplier qualification processes.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in matrix organization and cross-functional teams.
-
No restrictions for domestic and international travel.
