SOURCING, PURCHASING & MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST

UCC A.Ş. is seeking a Sourcing, Purchasing & Manufacturing Specialist to support the development and global launch of consumer electronic products for a well-known American brand. We are looking for someone with a positive mindset, strong analytical abilities and the confidence to take initiative. This role sits at the center of our international production workflow and offers the opportunity to manage operations from concept to final manufacturing.

Role Overview

In this position, you will manage daily communication with manufacturers and suppliers in China and follow every stage of the product journey. You will research potential new products, evaluate supplier capabilities, analyze quotations and oversee the purchasing process from start to finish.

You will act as the operational bridge between our Product Development team and manufacturers, ensuring all technical details, revisions, sample requests, feedback and production plans are communicated accurately and on time. You will take an active role in sample coordination, revision follow-ups, prototype tracking and preparing for mass production.

You will also support our Sales team by researching new product concepts and identifying suitable items based on market trends and customer requests, contributing directly to the growth and evolution of our product portfolio.

This role requires ongoing coordination of production timelines, quality checkpoints and shipment preparations. You will work closely with teams across different time zones and ensure that all processes flow smoothly. Regular reporting, tracking and documentation through Excel and ERP systems are essential parts of the job.

What We’re Looking For

Advanced Chinese and strong English

Experience in sourcing, purchasing, production follow-up or supplier management

Strong Excel skills (data organization, reporting, analysis)

Familiarity with ERP systems or the ability to adapt quickly

Positive, solution-oriented communication style

Strong analytical thinking and process-management skills

Ability to take initiative and resolve issues independently

Organized, disciplined and comfortable handling multiple tasks

No travel restrictions (occasional trips to China may be required)

University degree (this is not an engineering position; it is centered around operations and process coordination)
