We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist with 0.6 to 3 years of experience to join our team at CGI, one of the world’s leading IT and business consulting firms.

* Work Location*CGI, Divyasree Technopolis, 124 & 125, Off Old Airport Road, Yemalur P.O., Bengaluru – 560037, Karnataka, India.

*Role: Sourcing Specialist**

Experience: 0.6–3 Years*

Background: Preferably from a consultancy / recruitment agency

Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills are mandatory.

*Key Responsibilities

*Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, and networking.

Screen profiles to match job requirements and shortlist relevant candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Provide a strong candidate experience throughout the process.

*Skills Required*

Strong sourcing experience (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases).

Ability to understand technical and non-technical roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Consultancy/recruitment agency background is a plus.
