Job Description

Scorpios is looking for a a mature, professional and experienced Spa Receptionist to be a part of our team at our hotel in Bodrum Mugla.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing reception, answering phone calls and taking appointments
• Communicating with guests
• Supporting wellness program facilitators
• Aiding in the proper function of Spa reception

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Luxury Spa Hotels as Front Desk Receptionist
• Must have extensive knowledge in Spa Guest relations
• Must have the aptitude to multi-task at reception
• Must be flexible to assist Guests within the Spa
• Must be supportive of Spa Director and able to assist to achieve maximum result and guest satisfaction
• Must have good knowledge of spa treatment procedures and of various Spa cosmetic products
• Knowledge in body care and skin care procedures
• Ability to recommend & spa sell products and treatment programs to guests.
• Must be familiar with Spa soft ware, Micros, or Fidelio or similar CRM programs.
• Must be computer literate
• A multitasker and able to assist in all areas of the Spa when required
• Candidate must be meticulous in the work performance and client satisfaction oriented
• Candidate must exhibit a professional demeanor and polite with all guests
• Candidate must be a able to work in a team environment & offer support to colleagues
• Must function well under pressure maintaining professionalism, courtesy and poise at all time
• A team player and motivates fellow team members to reach monthly budgets.
• English Fluency
