Heart To Heart Children's Services is a NYS approved Early Intervention agency. We provide services to children as little as the age of zero all the way to three years old.

We have a full team of staff who are here to assist our providers in ensuring they are able to successfully deliver services. We also have a team of clinical managers that will help support our providers! We offer around the clock access to our providers to make sure they have help and our successfully able to complete their sessions.

Provider Responsibilities

The Special Education Teacher will be working one on one with babies and toddlers who qualify for Early Intervention services within New York City.

Providers are expected to utilize their clinical knowledge and skills to help the child reach their milestones, as well as, to educate and guide parents/caregivers to ensure successful implementation between sessions.

Who qualifies as a Special Education Provider?

• A Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited university.

• Valid Teaching Certification: Birth - Grade 2 Students with Disabilities certificate
