Role Summary

PiP is hiring a Growth Operator to own acquisition, attribution, and funnel performance across the PiP platform. You will run paid experiments, enforce clean measurement (UTMs, pixels, event schema), and publish a crisp weekly growth narrative with clear keep / kill / scale decisions. Day-to-day, you'll partner with Creative and Community to translate data into fast iterations. Success = efficient, scalable traffic that converts into qualified signups and active users, with CAC in range and cohort quality trending up.

Key Outcomes (KPIs)
  • Rising CTR and LP Signup CVR; Joins / Signup at or above target
  • CAC within guardrails; weekly budget reallocated to winners
  • Bulletproof UTM / pixel hygiene; working GA4 / PostHog dashboards
  • Weekly growth memo with insights and next tests
Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid experiments (X / YouTube / TikTok / Meta or similar)
  • Own UTM schema, pixels, server events; QA tracking end-to-end
  • Build dashboards; automate a daily KPI email (CTR, CVR, Joins, CAC)
  • A / B test landing flows and top-of-funnel assets; recommend changes from data
  • Forecast spend / CAC; set guardrails (geo, frequency caps, brand safety)
  • Attribute creator / partner traffic; maintain link hygiene and cohort views
  • Monitor early retention proxies (return visits, depth); flag risks early
Must-Haves
  • 4-6+ years in growth / performance for consumer products
  • Hands-on GA4 + PostHog / Mixpanel; Looker Studio (or equivalent)
  • Operated budgets across at least two of X / TikTok / Meta / YouTube
  • Strong UTM / pixel discipline; event schema design + QA
  • Analytical storytelling (Sheets / SQL basics a plus); clear written comms
  • Based in Dubai (or relocating); comfortable with fast test cycles
Nice to Have
  • Fintech / crypto, trading, gaming, or competitive product experience
  • Server-side tracking familiarity; basic SQL
  • Experience using AI tools for reporting / creative iteration
  • Arabic a plus
