Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Specialist (Retail Sales).

What will you do?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
• Develop a deep understanding of the golf carts product line, including features, specifications, and customization options.
• Provide ongoing support to customers, including after-sales service and warranty claim s.

What will you need?

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the Automotive industry
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant Field
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation, sales Skills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms & online marketing (a plus)
