Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with project submittals, proposals, quotations, tenders, bids, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations outcome.

  • Maintain the specifications database of project stakeholders for easy access and reference.

  • Facilitate communication between the Sales Manager, specification personnel, and other internal teams to ensure timely sharing of relevant information.

  • Administer external inquiries and communicate project-related information accurately to other team members.

  • Track trends and developments in the construction and paint industry to strengthen Jotun s market positioning.

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales and specifications team to support business development efforts.
