Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Specification Engineer - Landscape Architect, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves preparing accurate project specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reviewing design concepts for landscape projects. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that specifications align with project goals and industry standards. The position also requires maintaining documentation and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Architecture and Landscape Architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong project management and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of civil engineering and construction processes.
• Proficiency in relevant design and project management software.
• Experience in large scale projects is a plus.
