Specification Manager BIM

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Design and engineer complete application solutions involving anchors, direct fastening systems, and modular support structures using BIM methodology, hand calculations, and tools such as R-Stab or SAP2000
• Translate complex engineering requirements into accurate BIM models using Revit or AutoCAD, ensuring clarity, precision, and consistency throughout the design lifecycle
• Guarantee full compliance with local UAE regulations and international engineering standards. Ensure quality control and consistency across all technical outputs
• Engage directly with clients and project stakeholders to understand technical challenges, propose effective design solutions, and position our client s value proposition during project acquisition and delivery phases
• Work closely with sales, global logistics, procurement, and finance to ensure seamless integration of technical design into project execution and commercial workflows
• Supervise external engineering subcontractors and support internal engineering teams to uphold technical excellence and maintain project alignment with quality standards
• Actively contribute to the refinement of design approaches, propose value engineering alternatives, and help shape digital engineering practices within the organization
