Job Profile: Sponsorship Sales – Mumbai

Location: Mumbai
Function: Research & Identify Potential Sponsors
Experience: Minimum 5-10 Years
Education: Graduation
Joining: Immediate – 15 Days
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Sat–Sun Off)
Shift Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM

Job Responsibilities (Sponsorship Sales)

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential sponsors across targeted industries
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to build a strong sponsor pipeline
  • Develop effective sponsorship sales strategies, outreach campaigns, and conversion plans
  • Engage with CXOs, Directors, Marketing Heads and decision-makers to pitch sponsorship opportunities
  • Create custom sponsorship proposals, sales decks, value-driven offerings, and ROI-based presentations
  • Run email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups to generate strong leads
  • Lead end-to-end negotiation, pricing discussion, objection handling, and closure of sponsorship deals
  • Handle contract drafting, documentation, and coordination with internal teams
  • Work closely with Marketing, Events, Operations & Content teams to ensure flawless execution of deliverables
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals, upselling, and long-term partnerships
  • Track and monitor weekly revenue targets, conversion ratios, and sales KPIs
  • Maintain accurate data on CRM tools, databases, sales pipelines, and forecasting reports
  • Provide post-sales support, addressing sponsor queries, deliverables, and expectations
  • Represent the organization at events, conferences, and business meetings when required
  • Ensure all sponsorship commitments are delivered with quality, professionalism, and timely execution

Required Skills

  • Experience in Sponsorship Sales / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement abilities
  • Capability to build & maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales documentation
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to travel as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in Sponsorship Sales / B2B Sales
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, revenue generation, and client management
