  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop customized sponsorship packages aligned with client objectives, ensuring maximum ROI and long-term value.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, maintaining high standards of professionalism and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and production teams to align sponsorship deliverables with event and brand goals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in Web3, AI, Blockchain, and Gaming.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build relationships and identify new leads.
  • Provide post-event reports, ROI analysis, and renewal strategies for sponsors.
  • Lead client communication and ensure flawless execution of all sponsorship commitments.
