Shift Schedule: Night Shift — 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (PKT)

Position Summary

We are looking for a competent Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to become part of our growing QA department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and managing both automation and exploratory testing activities. You will contribute to every phase of the QA cycle, including test planning, estimation, execution, documentation, reporting, and issue resolution.

Main Duties

• Create and run comprehensive test cases, test plans, and automation scripts.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover issues at early development stages.
• Record, monitor, and maintain defect information using recognized tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project teams to support smooth, high-quality releases.
• Adhere to QA standards and ensure clear, organized test documentation.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the Software Quality Assurance field.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Practical experience testing websites and software applications (preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
• Quick learner with adaptability and a proactive work style.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing mobile as well as web applications.
• Strong command of both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Excellent attention to detail with solid technical insight.
• Ability to take initiative and actively support team goals.
• Analytical thinking with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
