Sr. Accountant (female)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Accountant to manage and grow existing client relationships, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards
• Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance when needed
• Requirements:
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience required
• Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Miracle, Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
