The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Sr. Analyst to join our Loyalty & Guest Analytics team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues, stakeholders and leaders across the globe, where you’ll be instrumental in providing analysis and insights that inform strategic decision making and continue to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
The Sr. Analyst, Loyalty & Guest Analytics is responsible for deriving insights from guest transactional and engagement data to inform decision-making, guide strategic direction, develop a holistic understanding of the guest experience and guest-to-member journey, and improve the performance of the loyalty program.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
