Role: Sr. Business Analyst

Total Experience: 6-12 years

Job Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Bengaluru

Mode of Hire: Permanent

Educational Qualification: Any (Full Time Graduate)

Primary skill: ISO, IFRS compliance reporting (P & C insurance domain) & Business Analysis

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

6+ years of experience is a must on US P&C Insurance Compliance like- ISO, Regulatory, Statutory Reporting, IFRS compliance reporting etc.
Insurance policy and claims system experienced.
Overall experience as a BA in handling client requirements and the good analytical Skills.
Good knowledge on SQL database to analyze policy and claims data.
Hands on experience in Data migration and product implementation.
Good experience on Microsoft excel to handle the data.

Job Requirements:

Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues.
Ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or requirements.
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills.
