Job Title: Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lucknow (Work from office)

Job Type: Full Time

Joining Period: Immediate/Max 1 month

Skills Required: Experience: 5–9 years in IT sales, preferably with International Market

Experience in ERP/CRM sales is as added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, DevOps tools, ERP, CRM).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and target potential clients across industries through market research, cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Generate qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Client Acquisition
  • Engage with decision-makers (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Directors) to understand their technology needs and pain points.
  • Deliver tailored pitches showcasing our Company Services and solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through stages (prospecting to closure).
  • Market Research
  • Analyze IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies
  • Proposal Development

o Create compelling proposals, highlight technical capabilities, scalability, and alignment with client objectives.

  • Negotiation & Closing
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs while ensuring profitability.
  • Close deals to meet/exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Reporting
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline health.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
