Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee execution of finishing and fit-out activities.
• Review design/shop drawings and ensure site implementation matches approved details.
• Lead teams in lime, rammed earth, terrazzo, and decorative finishes.
• Ensure project progress, quality, and client coordination are maintained.
• Supervise technical submissions and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in finishing, decorative, or sustainable material projects.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing and project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and site supervision tools.
