Sr Civil Engineer: Real Estate

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site execution as per drawings & specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure quality checks for RCC, masonry, finishing, etc.
• Monitor project timelines and daily progress
• Verify material consumption and ensure BOQ compliance
• Prepare site reports, DPRs, and documentation
• Ensure safety regulations and site discipline
• Support project manager in planning & site coordination
• Manage subcontractors and resolve site issues

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction & finishing
• Ability to read drawings and manage site workflow
• Vendor & contractor management
• Quality control & problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills

Qualifications:

• BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience in real estate/construction projects is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
