JOB PURPOSE:
The job holder is responsible for research and analysis of the cost elements, production results and monitoring of financial impact to support costing department with analytics and recommendations to enable decision making.

KEY RESULTS AREA:
1. Review, validate, and update Bills of Materials (BoMs) for existing and new products to ensure cost accuracy and compliance with the

policies.

2. Analyze cost variances, identify key drivers, and provide recommendations for corrective actions to optimize cost savings.

3. Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities across sourcing, production, and menu design without compromising quality or company

standards.

4. Utilize any available tools such as Power BI to design easy-to-understand reports and dashboards, providing teams with valuable insights to

support cost-related decisions.

5. Conduct system analysis and assist in designing and testing new tools or updates to ensure they meet costing process requirements and

improve efficiency.

6. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating costing policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals, industry standards, and regulatory

requirements.

7. Lead process improvement initiatives, track their implementation, and develop recommendations to enhance EKFC's financial performance.

8. Partner with Operations, Culinary, Procurement, Finance, and Pricing teams to align cost structures with business requirements

9. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, such as cost impact assessments for recipe changes or strategic projects, to support leadership decisions.

10. Lead and develop junior team members, encouraging a collaborative environment focused on achieving cost efficiency and driving

continuous improvement within the department.

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills:
Education Qualification:
a) Professional qualification in Business MBA / Professional qualification in Finance, ACA, CPA, CFA

Work Experience:
a) Minimum 6 years of related work experience

b) Work experience with Big Four Audit firms and forensic accounting experience is preferred.

c) Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis

Skills:
a) Well-versed in current financial market trends and the business landscape

b) Proficient in using ERP, Excel for analysis

c) Problem solving ability

d) Strong team player

e) Excellent interpersonal skills

f) Good planning and organizational skills
