About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate should have the ability to strategize, execute, and lead campaigns while guiding a small digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Social).
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to ensure timely project delivery.
• Use AI-based tools and strategies to enhance targeting, bidding, and personalization.
• Optimize campaigns to improve performance, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, manage on-page & off-page SEO, and perform regular SEO audits.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Work closely with content writers and designers to develop high-performing creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, AI tools, and algorithm updates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).
• Strong track record of managing paid campaigns and achieving measurable growth.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console.
• Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimization and ROI.
