Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly strategic and deeply operational leader to serve as our Senior Director, Growth Initiatives. This role will be responsible for partnering across the business to identifying new revenue opportunities, validating their value with customers, and operationalizing them into scalable business outcomes.
This executive will help shape how we expand, innovate, and diversify our revenue streams. They will own the creation of a disciplined process for evaluating growth concepts, building compelling business cases, and bringing selected initiatives to market with precision. Their work will directly influence the future trajectory of the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Partner across the business to develop a structured, data-driven approach for uncovering new growth opportunities across products, markets, segments, and partnerships.
  • Develop the operating rhythm that supports high-value, sustainable partnerships that drive top-line revenue growth.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment, ensuring all operational, technical, financial, and customer implications are fully understood.
  • Translate strategy into execution by building operating plans, defining success metrics, and guiding initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics that unlock new value creation.
  • Work across the business on the development of rigorous business cases, including market sizing, strategic rationale, financial modeling, and customer validation.
  • Ensure initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and in a way that drives measurable top-line impact.
  • Establish scalable frameworks to monitor, optimize, and expand successful initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • 10–15 years of experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments, with at least 5+ years in a senior strategy, growth, or operations leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional growth programs (e.g., go-to-market expansion, partnerships, or new business model launches)
  • Track record of driving revenue diversification or scaling new initiatives from concept to market
  • Experience in building and managing business cases, including market sizing, ROI analysis, and customer validation
  • Exposure to strategic partnerships, corporate development, or innovation/venture-building is a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans
  • Operational excellence — able to create repeatable processes and scalable frameworks
  • Deep financial acumen (P&L understanding, forecasting, modeling)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Strong customer-centric mindset — skilled in validating concepts with market feedback
  • Analytical and data-driven, with comfort using quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize opportunities
  • Excellent executive communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Proven success partnering with senior executives across multiple functions
  • Strong ability to facilitate alignment between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in
USA and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for USA based candidates for this position is $165,000 - $185,000 USD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
