Sr. Engineer / Lead – Suspension systems

Job Description:

• Detail design of Suspension sub-systems and Suspension components
• Creation of SOR/RFI documents for proprietary parts if required
• System layout & envelope creation.
• System design finalization considering packaging & performance requirements
• Review the sub systems with supporting CAD engineer/s
• Conduct GD & T, DFMEA & DVP’s.
• Participate in weekly project discussion with OEM customer & other stake holders
• Provide inputs to cross function team and continuous follow up with team for the closure of points
• Participate in DMU review
• Root cause analysis of build & testing issues and implementation of suitable solution Handle team of 2-5 design engineers
